Who Is The Associate Program For? Any of these scenarios:

The Associate Level program has a uniquely designed curriculum in order to provide the best possible training.

Basic Coaching

This module will provide an introduction to coaching and an introduction to how people learn, grow and change. The course will be held via Google Meet and will meet for six weeks. It provides 12 Synchronous/live hours and 6 asynchronous self-study hours.

The R.O.A.D. Method

This is the module that will teach you how to coach as you dive into the process for 6 weeks of active coaching. You will also receive in depth instruction on all the core coaching concepts and how to apply them in coaching practice. The course will be held via Google Meet and will meet for 6 weeks. It provides 12 synchronous/live hours and 12 asynchronous self-study hours.

Redemptive Communication

Communication is the key aspect to great coaching. Learning to communicate in a way that allows every conversation to be a life changing event is our primary goal in this module. The module is comprised of 12 Synchronous/live hours. This module will be held via Google Meet.

Mentor Coaching

This module will allow for discussion about what it is like to coach in the world. Instructors will share their experience and answer all questions that students have about coaching sessions and client interactions. The course will be held via Zoom conference. Each session is comprised of 2 synchronous/live hours
